Am I eligible?
To participate you must be 16 – 18 years old, not currently working or studying and live in Clacton-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
What does it cost?
This course is accredited by the NCFE and is completely free for eligible learners. On completion of you will gain a NVQ in Principles of Customer Service.
