Natalie is a Personal Advisor who came to TCHC from a Luton based role, where she was working in the community. Natalie is a qualified social worker from the University of Bedfordshire.

As a Personal  Advisor, Natalie works with young people aged 16 and 17 years old, working with them to help them  find a suitable path.

Natalie would like to focus on the current needs of young people, such as independence and career-building, assisting young people in a more holistic way by empowering them and encouraging success, confidence, and self-esteem.
